— how it works

From a fuzzy memory to the exact track.

  1. 01

    Type what you remember.

Songs, artists, a vibe, half a lyric, or a YouTube link. "deadmau5 orchestra" works. "that funk version of bohemian rhapsody" works.

  2. 02

    We parse the chaos.

Every public mashup title on YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok and rave.dj broken down into structured fields: artist, source song, genre, mood, key, BPM.

  3. 03

    We dedupe across platforms.

The same edit re-uploaded across different platforms collapses into one page, with every source URL attached.

  4. 04

You play through the official embed.

We render the platform's original embed — never download or cache audio. The artist always keeps the play count.

— by genre

Drum & bass it. Funk it.
Phonk it.

Every song lives in multiple genres at once. Pick a lane and see who's flipped it.

About mashups and this index.

What is a mashup?
A mashup blends two or more songs — usually the vocals of one over the instrumental of another. Closely related forms include bootlegs (unofficial DJ-made versions), blends, DJ edits and live edits. MusicMashup indexes all of these.
Where do the mashups come from?
We index public mashups posted to YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok, rave.dj and Mixcloud. We don't host audio or video — we render the original platform's official embed, so the artist always keeps the play count.
How do I find a mashup of two specific songs?
Type both song names. "Toxic Sandstorm" or "anti-hero strobe" works. If a mashup of those tracks exists on any indexed platform, we surface it on a single canonical page with every available source link.
Can I find an orchestral or drum & bass version of a song?
Yes. Every entry is tagged by genre, so "deadmau5 the veldt orchestra", "linkin park in the end drum and bass" or "eurythmics sweet dreams phonk" only return the relevant flips.
Why dedupe?
The same mashup is often re-uploaded a dozen times across platforms. We resolve all those uploads to one canonical entry with every source URL attached — so you don't scroll through duplicates.
Is it free?
Yes. Free to search, free to play, no signup, no ads on the index itself.
How do you handle copyright?
We index publicly available content and render official embeds without hosting media. If you're a rights-holder and want a mashup removed, write to [email protected] with the URL.
Can I submit a mashup?
Yes — paste any public link to YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok or rave.dj and we'll parse it, dedupe it against the existing index, and add it.
